She didnt think she could get pregnant which is why she won't consider an abortion...apparently. Judging by what hc is saying though, that could all be wrong too!
Why won't you let on hc, it's not like everyone here will get annoyed by being told a 'spoiler'?

Simon Gregson has had a few months out of Corrie recently due to ill health. He was contemplating leaving the show and so was Kym Marsh and Steve getting Leanne pregnant was one possible exit line for either or both of them.

That is not happening now they have both signed new contracts.
