Maybe it should say Film TV and Radio??!! I am assuming radio would come under this category.   I am going to 'come out' and say that I listen to the Archers and it is just gripping at the moment, and yet it seems to have an old fuddy duddy image.  Any other closet fans out there ????

Yep !! Except I'm not a closet fan - I'm proud to let all and sundry know I listen to The Archers.

Missed last night's because I was ill all day yesterday (no - not a hangover this time!) - but I get the feeling that the nasty-piece-of-work Hazel is going to get what's coming to her. As for the Will / Ed / Emma thing. well ......!!! *rolls eyes*

Will have to Listen Again on the R4 website before this evening's episode.

I am also an Archers fan, and I know there are many other closet fans too; my (40 something male) boss and (50 something male) colleague! I tend to listen to the omnibus on Sunday whilst doing a weeks worth of ironing! Have you heard the Dead Ringers take on it?
OOoooh, Deer-vid !!

Well I usually listen to the Omnibus but this week I could not wait until Sunday and I listened to them back to back on Saturday and then still listened to the Omnibus again on Sunday !!!  Hazel will get her come uppance I am sure, but I just can't think what will happen to Emma ..... it will run and run.    The Dead Ringers take off was brilliant.    Awwwww Nawww
I was reminded to come back to this whilst listening to a Postman Pat story (on CD) that my two year old son insisted on playing tonight. The voice of Mrs. Goggins on this, and indeed, the actual Postman Pat television series, is none other than........ Linda Snell !!!

Blimey .. that voice would give you nightmares !!!
When my father was alive he listened to The Archer's every Sunday morning without fail, bless him.   :-)
