LOL......

But he does drive, I've seen him do so in some episodes.
What a singularly stupid woman !
As usual, this is only news because the subject is an actress.

It's as though the public think that people who play other people don't behave badly in the ways open to the rest of us, and the media simultaneously think 'Heavens-to-betsys, there goes that wartime gal breaking the law in her car - and she drives for a living for heaven's sake!'

Tune in next week for the mind-blowing revelation - The Rover's Return is not a real pub!!!!!'

foolish, thoughtless woman.
Although I agree she got off lightly for a serious offence I cannot see why an ankle tag was proposed as a punishment. If she were a burglar or guilty of child neglect and went clubbing at night I could see the relevence. An ankle tag wouldn't stop the continuance of the offence (Disqual/Driving) out of curfew hours. ??

Quite agree, it should have been her wheels that were clamped.
Who you talking about, AOG?

AOG, what do you mean in your post at 13:09?

It does seem a strange sanction - a woman with a small child is more likely to be in during the curfew times anyway.

I don't think the publicity about this will bother her at all. She's not as conventional as people think.
