I agree. I was surprised by their lack of knowledge. At first, Kellie seemed good, but then suddenly gave no answers when a modicum of knowledge would at least have given her the ability to make a guess. Similar with the eventual winner.

that is the saving factor of Mastermind, mamya.... cramming in the specialist round isn't exactly rocket science, as long as one keeps the field subject as tight as possible.
