Am sure I saw a dog programme around 9pm on TV in the last few days, narrated by Martin Clunes. Can't find what it was called.
Will it be repeated again on 'live' TV? The person who wants to view the repeat, if it is on, does not have a computer, so 'I-player' etc would not be any good.

The Secret Life of Dogs. It was first broadcast in January. And repeated on Tuesday evening in a change of programme spot at 9p.m. Cannot see any info about repeating it again.
Here it is on Youtube

Any chance you could copy it to disc for your friend?
Snap :-)
muskox - it appears to be one of those programmes that they sometimes repeat when they have an empty slot or need to replace a scheduled programme. Without a computer it might be difficult for your friend to see it.
It's on ITV 1 tonight at 11.35 pm, according to The Times TV schedule.

Unfortunately my friend does not have a computer, so the disc couldn't be shown.
Thank you all for your help with identifying the programme. I will look out for a repeat.
I caught the tail end of that - so to speak - quite fasciniating. Some dogs can 'smell' cancerous growths and one of the dogs shown had been trained to identify when a young lad with diabetes blood sugar levels dropped and let him know he needed topping up.
Muskox, please see my reply timed at 11.51 above.
Well spotted Quizmonster - however it it is on at 10.35p.m.
Absolutely right, Sir P. Thanks for correcting my - not The Times' - error.
Great programme. Some gorgeous pups in it.
