Still having trouble, just uninstalled and reinstalled again. Now I have nothing under Properties/Paper Quality at all - no Best, no Normal, no Draft. Nothing to click on at all ! Just blank under the drop down menu - and if I go into Best Draft it still prints in Normal. I need to help save ink !! Help !!
I have gone into the HP web page and tried installing further drivers, this doesn't work, no success at all.
