Just been sent a link to this site which allows viewing of live sports including the Premier League free. It requires a lot of software downloading. Has anyone experienced using it and is it safe? Always a little wary of such sites.

Yes used it yesterday to watch wba and avfc . Most of the links you need a flash player such as Adobe flash player.
You may have to download stand alone player like sopcast.
Most links do have adverts which count down to zero then you can click to to remove them then you can watch.
Then it all down to your broadband.

OH uses this all the time on his laptop to watch football and rugby. He has no problems with it.
