Does anyone know what the music was that was played twice in tonights's episode of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares set in the D-Place restaurant that went bust. It was played in the first part just before the first ads and then again later on. It had violins and sounded nostalgic!! I have asked about this before and it has been used in American films (I think the Green Mile) and was in the BBC2 Restoration programme.
