Years ago I saw a bizarre film which involved a man moving into a strange suburb...the area was weird because the local club had a sauna that once you entered sent you to a type of hell...does anyone know this film?

It was none of these...they're too recent. This film was made in the 60's or 70's. It was a colour film...
