it is highly unlikely theyd use a real newborn in an incubator, except for a few key scenes if possible, but even then theyd use an older baby

i have seen some amazing baby dolls... hard to tell the difference - they are not necessarily animatronic, but are 'breathing' with a tube leading into the chest cavity, that is either attached to a machine, or simply being blown into by crew.
