I turned over to watch it and there was no announcement about why it wasn't on so I presumed it was some thing legal.

the panorama programme that was shown in scotland last Thurs is on BBCiplayer. is that the one you want to view?

I think it was shown last week, presumably when the story of UK police looking into it broke.
It's still on iPlayer.
