In August 2011, I subscribed to Darts Monthly Magazine and when I did not receive a copy by the end of the month, I contacted their customer Services. They said that they would extend my subscription by 1 month to compensate. Then in early September I spotted an announcement on their web-site, that they had gone into receivership. All calls to this magazine have provided no responses and I have had no contact from any receivers. My question is: Does anybody know what is happening with this company or it's receivers or has anyone been contacted by persons connected to this magazine? I paid up front for a year's subscription and they MUST have known about this when they took my money. Surely this is fraud.
