I have to disagree with you mickrog. There have been good actors on Corrie but then they leave for pastures new and some of them do quite well.

i still consider it to be better than EE which to me is the worst programme ever made....i think best actress to come out of Corrie was the girl who was married to Steve....have seen her in some good things most recently as a cop.....hope you know who i mean missprim

Even if they'd gotten married where were they gonna live??? With Sally.
The grownup kids on Corrie don't seem to wanna leave home or their parents don't want them to. Look at Gail and Nick & Tracy and Deidre!!

As an all time viewer of Coronation Street I have to agree with you luckyboy, it most certainly IS on the decline, and they should sack the current writers before its too late!
