Can someone explain what is going on with these three in Eastenders - I am completely confused (probably because I only half watch it). Thanks.

Michael has a grudge against Eddie and was using Vanessa to try to help get his revenge on him. Vanessa thought it had gone too far and confessed to Eddie who then used her to help to get his revenge on Michael (particularly finding out the truth about the boxing match Michael fixed to hurt Tyler and therefore get to Eddie), ditched her on the roadside and legged it as per tonight's episode.
