AOG...you've posted a link with just a title. I presume to invite people to comment on what, potentially, could destroy someone's life.

Not everyone arrested are guilty of the crime they've been arrested for....

Do females (or males I suppose) snare a celebrity target in the hope of getting something out of it and then for numerous reasons accuse that person of sexual assault?

Or on the flip side, do celebs think they can act in any manner they want with the belief that their status will protect them in some way?

In this day and age no one who is classed as a celebrity can have a private life and if they try the media make them out to be weird.
He may well be innocent but as has already been said he may struggle to move on professionally.

A dreadful thing if it is a false accusation.
I think they publish the details so that any other victims can come forward.

yes, i am sure some do, but many don't

You could have asked that in your header, AOG......

MLV has been charged with an 'historical' offence.......it may well be that the disparity between their ages wasn't so great at the time.

Until more details are leaked/revealed I will refrain from casting any stones.

If it is an historic offence she must have been very young at the time.
