A tune is a succession of musical sounds, a jingle is just sounds really "tinkling sounds". It's kind of a matter of opinion. I'd say it's a tune

A tune and a jingle are similar in that they could both be described as a song or a piece of music. The main difference between them is that a jingle is bloody annoying !
