well..on a recent television programme they said she had had enough of acting for the minute or at least acting for television!

Amber Benson is rumoured to be returning in Season 7, just not as Tara! I think that her contract was up and the writers decided to kill off Tara as an important part of the story - the reason for Willow's descent into darkness.

Tara was cut out due to the story line.... but as a guest star she wasn't on CAST REGULAR status anyway. AS for her return in season 7 that rumour has been dissproved...
