Hi folks - Hope your'e well - would appreciate any specific legal provisions, snippets of Acts, etc. which you feel I could usefully refer to when planning my "opening gambits",

What exactly are you after?
Money?
An apology?
People's heads on a plate (their jobs)?
I appreciate that you feel aggrieved and think that people up the line are just covering their subordinate's initial bad handling of this.
But if the ends don't seem to justify the means, then you will probably find that elected representatives will just drop you and your case like a stone - even if they don't say so to you officially.

Come and explain your argument to a 12 year old girl who has endured 5 years bullying, at school, because the EWO failed to respond to our requests to meet and resolve the matter; Explain to her why that same maggot told her; "If you don't go to school your parents will be prosecuted and may go to gaol; Explain to her why it's not necessary to hang herself to keep her Dad out of gaol; Explain why these people won't listen to her side of the story - You don't live in Northumberland and have a brother who's an EWO, do you? Are you really a builder? What was your last job - foundation stone on the Twin Towers?
And you think this is about money? Youv'e, obviously got no kids of your own then?
