man has been arrested for possession of a tazer gun found in his home, also a big bag of home grown cannibis, he pretended to use this firearm on his own child about 4 times over the last couple of years, ( it has only just come to light ) the child who is now 13 went to the police and told them, they also found a flick knife and club in his taxi ( he is a black hackney driver) so he is in court in feb on a public dissorder offence for what they found in his taxi, he is on condition bail for the tazer and also a section 20 assault on his child, he brought the tazer in from the far east i believe, will his taxi licence be taken off him ? and what is the punishment for possesion of the tazer and what he did to his child. the evidence is being looked at by the cps. thankyou

take a look at the PCO (public carriage office) requirements here. http://www.tfl.gov.uk...privatehire/1406.aspx

if he's convicted, I suspect he would have his licence withdrawn.

What did he do to the child? You said he "pretended" to use the weapon.

another-view,
apparently he put the tazer up to his childs face when it wasnt switched on, the police say that is enough to charge him with section20 assault,
Seems a bit harsh if he just pretended!
Question Author
another view ,
i assumed the tazer was switched off,as i couldnt comprehend that an adult could do this to anyone nevermind his own child, iv since found out it was switcdhed on and it was pointed 4" away from his childs face, can anyone throw some light onto what will happen to this so called "man" thankyou
