A friend of mine was suffering from mental depression and was on remand, while on remand he had a problem with one of the wardens and allegedly that he broke one of the wardens arm, and has been charged with ABH at the same time he himself assaulted by the warden's. He's out now out of prison and under the supervision of the local NHS psychiatry team and getting better.
Would anyone advise what he should do, pled guilty, and if he pleads guilty what sentence he can expect?.
