Hiya

we recently went to jamaica to get married and before we went we prebooked some tours with a company as they had a discount rate for internet bookings.

we have used this company for several tours in 2008 and they were great.

this year we had to cancel horse riding due to injuring my back and we had to cancel the water safari as my granfather had died and i couldnt face it.

both times we got the tour desk at our resort to let them know and they had over 3 days notice for each cancellation.

the chukka caribbean terms and conditions on cancellations are as follows.

2. We require at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your tour. We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your tour.

3. All Cancellations will attract a 10% charge. Tour times/date are not fully guaranteed and are subject to change, if changed you will be contacted to reschedule


we have been emailing both the email addresses and no one is getting back to us - any ideas on what to do as i am owed about �150

havent you got a phone number you could call?
If you paid for any of it by credit card, i would suggest getting in touch with your CC provider, and getting them to help sort it out. You may need to provide them evidence that you cancelled outside of the minimum period, to show you should have had the money back.

I have called them and been disconnected and this is costing me a fair few pennies i can tell you.
as for contacts i have emailed repeatedly and filled in the contact us form.
as for contacting card co, they are no help either - arghhhh
lol gotta laugh or ill cry

any other ideas please please pleeeeeease?
