Hi all,

Would you say that the following phrase in a lease for a bar implies that if a request to close is reasonable then it will be agreed to?
"To keep the premises open for business at all times authorised by the law between the hours of 8am and 8pm (or for such longer period as the Tenant may wish.) each day not including Sundays and public holidays, save where expressly agreed or requested by the Landlord in writing'

Many thanks,
