What are your statutory rights?

Essentially, the are your rights under law (statutes).

These would include thousands of laws including when buying goods: Sale of Goods Act (1974), Sales of Goods and Services Act (198?), Distance selling regualtions (200?), Consumer Credit Act (1974) etc etc.

As there are far too many laws to list, it is easier to say - you have certain rights under different laws.

With regard to what, spcifically, Rainbow468? And in which country are you?

It would be under Scottish Law and it is in regard to buying things in shops
