Yes, of course. Presuming that the car itself is roadworthy, you have a valid driving licence and that the car is properly insured.

You may well have practical difficulty in getting an insurer to actually insure you to drive it depending on the circumstances but presuming you can (and it might well cost thousands) then there's no legal block stopping you from driving one car over any other so far as I know.
