Cannot access mail in spam filter

When I press 'mail' to check my spam filter messages I keep getting this message:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.

Check your firewall settings, Firefox although brilliant can be abit "over protective"
