Can I get a credit report on my deceased mother from as far back as 1999 and one for 2003? Not wanting her identity as that's sick, just need to find some info if her final wishes of not being in debt have been taken care of?

Thankyou in advance ;)

this sounds confusing, if she had debts outstanding when she passed, then some will have been cleared i think, or wiped, but some may have been covered by insurances of one sort or another. If she has been gone over 6 years, they cannot pursue her anymore anyway, as she would have been unable to acknowledge the debt, at least that is how i believe it works.

Credit checks are an on going thing that update each month, cannot see the purpose of a retrospective one.

Thank you for your answer.....The reason for my question is because the executor of the will has not paid my mothers outstanding bills and has basically kept the money! I am looking for some red tape!
I don't think you personally can get someone else's credit report, whether current or past.

The debts are the executor's problem, not yours.
