Hi legal folks! I've just booked a holiday online with First Choice, paid the total in full. However the invoice now says I still owe them 800. It looks like they have made a mistake but as far as I'm concerned, the booking went through fine and I paid what I was quoted. Can I keep the holiday at the price I paid?

Does the invoice show what you have already paid?
Usually Yes - a contract has been made and the money has been paid.

However, if the holiday is very under priced (eg it should cost 1000 and the online system said it was 100) then they can get out of it.
