can someone change access days

its a long story really but in short
my mate has 3 kids 1 lives with her the other 2 don't her x sees them supervised by her mum once a fortnight.
Cause her mum has changed the day she is refusing to take her boy on the new day saying shes breaking the order. is she right cause her mums the one supervising it and if all parties are happy with the change surely it should stay out of court.

Was the schedule decided by a court in the first place? If so, you cannot unilaterally change the schedule - you need to go back to court.

If however all parties agree, you can alter the schedule without going to court (thereby saving some money).

Otherwise, stick to the court-ordered schedule.
