I have a problem with the above laptop. Unfortunately just after the guarantee expired I had problems with it. - screen keeps flashing when plugged in - takes ages to power - latest , its on 62% battery but it switches off - even though its plugged in, it does not work/charge. Does anyone know if its a battery problem or the motherboard is faulty?

Its has to be continuously plugged in and has taken 8 days just to get to 62%. I have put the computer on for 10mins and it has switched off and not back on.

I do not want to buy the battery and then find out its not the battery. Thanks
