ive been dismissed on gross misconduct on the grond of health and safety involving another manager who came into the restaurant drunk and cooked himself breakfast he got a final written warning. in a letter i received telling me for what reasons they dismissed me it states i allowed him to cook but i never said yes or can recall him asking first. would i have a case to take to a tribunal
