Does anybody know if the child support I recieve from my ex will go down now that he is expecting a baby with his current partner?

Best to check on the csa website as it may be dependent on when his maintenance for the current children started

As Mumof2 rightly says, it depends on whether he is on the old rules or new rules of maintenance as to how much the maintenance drops.

We are on the old rules, and the maintenance dropped by �50 per month when we had our first daughter. This would be more under the 'new rules' scheme.
