I went to the bails bond place to get a copy of the original paperwork and they would not give it to me. Aren't they obligated to give me the paperwork?

Whickerman, what solicitors, who would they be?
Milove, I really don't want to put you under any more pressure than you're under, but you're going to need a solicitor. Look, you're facing a bill of 50 grand, and you have to pay it. If you're in the UK or Ireland, get to Citizen's Advice asap, they might be able to point you in the right direction. Otherwise, please consult a lawyer tomorrow.
