Well, I've just turned 40 and I'd recommend the 12" 80s compilations for inspiration... loads of those tracks were played at my 18th! Human League, ABC, Grace Jones, Tom Tom Club. Just brilliant.

Hi Bubbles I was 40 in ;94 so I would somgs tht made me feel younger: "Feels Like Heaven" by Fiction Factory was circa 1984, as was "Pride in the name of Love" by U2. In 1984 when I was 10 was big into the Batles. I never tire of hearing "She Loves You."
