tax estimation vs real price

the practice of putting the lower tax estimation price on the title deeds instead of the real price paid by the buyer.

This is in Bulgaria. Is this legal or are you breaking any laws by doing this.

My speciality isn't financial law, but this might help. Under UK law (Not Bulgarian), this may be found as misrepresentation (misrep.) Misrep is whereby one induces another into the contract through lies, or partial truths. There are intricacies here that would take long to explain, although this would appear to be intentional misrep, and is grounds for a contract nullification...so long as the person was induced into the contract on the basis of the lower tax band. Hope this helps and that I understood the scenario properly.
