Can anyone tell me what sort of deposit I would have to put up to get a self certification mortgage. I am self employed so is my wife and it would be easier if we didn't have to wait to get three years worth of acconts together.

Usually at least 15%.

The interest rates are usually higher, it would be worth getting your accounts in order.
