If you have been a debtor and had a County Court Judgement set against you, the court can order that a regular payment to your creditor(s) is taken out of your wages before they are paid to you. This is called an 'attatchment of earnings'. So, if you haven't been to court and defaulted on a debt, you won't know what this is,. and you won't have one, so you can say 'No'.
