Arm is okay now HereIam ,a bit sore to touch but that’s par for the course ,just I’m an 8 hr at least a night person and to have that disturbed knocks my whole routine,even Lola was restless last night, thanks fir asking x

Its horrible to feel cold, luckily I havent needed to turn my heating on yet and today is another lovely sunny day.

I had to pop my heating on this monring the Ms woke up cold so I got up to pop the radiators on for a bit.

Good thing to do this time of year just to double check none of them need bleeding.

First day for my heating going on too, it’s been bright and sunny but quite cold.
