I have been asked to produce a Judge Sentencing Remark. What is it ?

It is the statement the judge makes when he passes sentence - giving reasons for the sentence. If you don't need a particular one there are a few here

I tried. I could not find it. Are they all published there ? If not how can I alternatively find the one I need ? - Thanks
