My ex partner breached his non molestation order on Tuesday and was arrested on Thursday he was charged and released on bail until Monday. Ive rang the station six times to try and get any kind of updates as not heard a thing since they said he was out on bail. All I want to find out is what happened or if he turned up. I've not slept since Tuesday and this is seriously affecting my mental health. Ive been online since 3am searching for any kind of information. Please help I'm petrified

You will not find the outcome of any Magistrates' Courts proceedings anywhere online (unless the case happens to have been reported in the local press - most unlikely in your case).

You could try phoning or visiting the court. They may be helpful but more likely they won't. The police witness liaison officer or the "officer in the case" is your best bet. The OITC should have the details of his court appearance but if he has not you should insist he finds out and lets you know. Breach of a non-molestation order is a serious offence and the police have a duty to keep the victim informed.

Thank you Ive tried contacting both the officer that took my statement and the cps officer that rang and not heard a thing.Ive rang the control room and all they do is log into the incident and say there isn't any updates yet but someone will be in touch soon. Hes breached it 18 times and this is only his 2nd court apperance. He was let off with a fine last time. But this is the worst offence he was 3ft away from my and in a no go zone then chased me and my child down the street. All others were direct social media contact, turning up at family member, him and then his mates doing it for him contacting me an my sister with calls text ect all of which he knows he's not allowed todo. Noone will tell me anything. I feel so scared and as if they don't care. Surely they have to let me know if he dint turn up to the station or if it was postponed
Do you have the Victim Support number. I would call them if no joy with the police.
