Does anyone know at what age my ex husband will legally be able to stop paying child maintenance. My daughter is in full time education at sixth form sitting A levels and is doing an extra year so will not finish there until she is 19. Will he have to continue to pay while ever she is in full time education or what ?? Thanks all

Yes, he will.

Child maintenance payments stop when the child reaches 16, or 20 if they’re in full-time education not higher than A-level equivalent.
