police warning!

i recieved a police warning in 2009 for the miss use of drugs. i never got taken to the police station n i cant remember signing anything. but i did get a letter. will this show up on a police check, or when i go to florida and go through customs. thanks

No. You have not been even been charged under the mis-use of drugs act never mind been found guilty. Although the police may still have a record of your warning you do not have a police record.

Don't forget you must apply for your ESTA on line now
There is now a charge for that as well

and make sure you obtain the ESTA from the official site as there are many sites out there that charge much more by going through them.

Costs $14 and I think they only accept payment by credit card (may be wrong on that).
