How can I transfer a property into my 6 year-old grandaughters name, so I still keep control over the rental income and the destiny of the property, through so sort of trust ?

hi david, why would you want to do this if you still control everything and the money isn't for her benefit?

The monies will in the main be for her education, and no doubt her tax position would be less hurtful than mine if the property and income was in my name ?
You might want to consider some form of discretionary trust. This is a complex area though so I would suggest you seek independent legal advice from a trusts specialist, such as a member of STEP.
Trust law is a very specialised area of law concerning the creation and administration of trusts run by the trustees for the benefit of another person or group of people.
I suggest you do not try to deal with it yourself but seek professional advice from the:

The law society 020 7242 1222
or
Society of trust & estate practitioners 020 7340 0500
