my son had gave evidence in court in the fri of last wk against a former friend outside court were 3 other people who shouted all kinds of stuff at him grass etc. The next day he was on a bus home from town when 2 of these boys got on, one of them sitting next to my son threatening to stab him. He rang his dad to pick him up and he told him to stay on the bus till he met up with the bus. His dad got on the bus telling the driver he was just getting someone off, when my son stood up to get off the bus this boy punched him an a fight broke out. My sons dad went up the bus and attempted to split up the fight and fell on top of this boy where this boy then began spitting at him. My husband and son went to get off the bus whilst still being kicked and spat at and verbally abused. My husband told the bus driver to ring the police and left for home to go up the police station straightaway. Whilst at the police station 2 cars turned up at our house to arrest my husband and son but they where already there reporting it and both subsiquently arrested for 47 assault. No one has been allocated the case my husband has had his mobile confiscataed and this boy nothing has happened to even though the police know he was at the court the day before and that we have threats printed off from facebook. Both bailed until 4th nov while some idiot investigates it?????
