We have found out that one of the 'victims' was 17 and admitted to be drunk at time. He has also been in another fight since (this was found on facebook posts), i have also received screen captures of some seriously unsavoury comments he has posted. On top of that we have found posts of anti 'ginger' comments and pictures on his face book wall just weeks prior to the incident. Which is why the initial verbals started in the incident. He has also sent a letter stating that he does not want to press charges and will not appear at court if asked. His other associates admitted being drunk at the time with him.
The cctv is where it gets complex as it clearly shows at the start myself holding my hands up trying to calm them down, whilst the 'victims are being aggressive and motioning my friend to fight them. I then get pushed by them out the way followed by another friend holding his pizza getting pushed by them too. This is when the fight starts.
We have over reacted but their injuries are relatively minor for an abh, 2 of them have no more than 2 small bruises whilst the other has a split lip. the cctv then shows uswalking away and them continuing to goad and taunt us!

My question is should i be pleading not guilty and has my solicitor done the right thing by advising us to no plea as its now sent crown? Also should this even be 3 counts of abh on me as on guy i didnt even punch? Sorry its so long winded but any advice would help!
