Outlook 2003 copy not working

When copying text from another source, ie a website / doument or anything for that matter, when i go to paste it into a new email, it never works. I just get what looks like the recycle bin in the email. Any ideas?

Try going to Edit>Paste Special and pasting the text as "Unformatted Text".

Outlook 2003 has inbuilt protection on HTML e-mails and it may be a bit fussy with copy and pasting from web pages.
