My husband is on remand and at his bail hearing the court has indicated that it would grant bail providing he lives away from his home address until the trial. I have found some temporary accommodation for us, would I be obliged or would the police inform the owner/landlord that my husband is on bail. He is over 65 and not a danger to the public and this is his first offence and encounter with the justice system.
