can they resume prosecution?

if a person is charged with check desepction and in court they take an agreement to pay checks and pay court cost and pay finespay for a check writing class and take the class and they complete all of this ...on the the day of the ;ast payment on the case the prosecutor dismissed the case and said they were free to leave.....2 months later can they resume prosecution?

are you in the US? this is a UK site and we would say "cheque deception". I'm not sure what a cheque writing class would be.

please advise.
Is a cheque writing class some sort of money management course? It's unlikely they'd resume prosecution if all the conditions they set were obeyed.
Were they your own checks or had you stolen them?
