Out of interest, are you a witness or involved in any case that your ex is on bail for?
If she breaks bail condition she could be charged under the bail act. This could mean custody.
No, as it is her that has the bail conditions, so she is the one who would get in trouble for breaking her bail conditions. However it is a bit irresponsible to allow her to come and see you, if the initial "situation" you had with her resulted in her being given bail conditions to stay away.
