Is a bail surety just financially liable for the defendant attending court or liable for all bail conditions such as curfew times if broken?

No he will not have any legal rep and is doing it himself from prison on remand, he has asked my mother to stand bail surety but says its only to ensure he returns to court ?

Sorry I dont know the correct answer, he could ask the Police Liaison Officer at the prison or write to the courts.
