i have done 5 statements to the police agains my ex boyfriend who i have got 1 child to for braching a non molistation order. the case has already gone to court and her was remanded for a week then was bailed, to appear again for his plea. if he pleads not girlty i will have to go to court in witch i realy dont want to go. do i have to?
